Clarity Ferm by White Labs is used for two reasons:
1) To increase the collodial stability of beer by reducing chill haze.
2) Producing gluten reduced beers in beers made from barley and wheat.
This enzyme promotes clearer beer by breaking down the proteins responsible for chill haze. It can also be used to reduce the gluten content in beer made with barley and wheat. Each vial is sufficient for treating 5 gallons of beer. Simply add to chilled wort when pitching yeast.
